Shipping and Returns

At Ultmicro, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding the shipment of your orders, including delivery methods, processing times, tracking information, and more. Please review this section carefully before placing your order.

 

Free Shipping:

For AiPPO® orders within the USA and Canada*, we offer free shipping via UPS or USPS. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of North America.

 

Shipping Timeframes:

We strive to process all orders promptly. Orders will generally be processed within 24 hours after being placed.
To ensure minimal transit time and to avoid weekend delays, orders placed after Wednesday will generally be shipped by the following Monday.
You can typically expect to receive your AiPPO® order within 3 business days once it is being shipped.
In certain cases, order processing may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes. However, we will make every effort to communicate any delays promptly and appreciate your patience.
If you have any urgent orders or special delivery requests such as requiring a signature upon delivery, please email us at ultmicro.health@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

 Tracking your Order:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email containing a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Upon Receiving AiPPO®:

AiPPO® probiotics come in freeze-dried from and are shelf stable at room temperature. However, we do recommend storing AiPPO® in the refrigerator for maximum quality and prolonged shelf life. To be environmentally conscious, we only ship AiPPO® orders in insulated packaging with ice packs during summer months. Upon receiving your order, please open the package promptly for storage.

Ultmicro is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. We recommend providing a secure and reliable shipping address to minimize the risk of package theft. In the rare event that your AiPPO® product is arrived with damage, we ask that you email us at ultmicro.health@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition.

 

Order Returns

Due to the nature of AiPPO® probiotics, we do not accept returns. You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped. However, order cancellation is not guaranteed. Therefore, we do ask you to contact us as soon as possible, as we typically process orders within 24 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with AiPPO® for any reason, please contact us by email at ultmicro.health@gmail.com. We will try our best to work out a satisfactory solution with you. Refunds are only processed on a case by case basis.
